Well I haven't been on all day until, well, now xD I was revising at 2:27pm when you posted this. Maybe just a glitch or something.

Everything. At 2:27pm I was probably doing chemistry, so alkenes, reactions, complex ions, ligands, all that jazz. But I have also been doing Biology, English literature and psychology today like I do everyday :)

Revising over here means going over what I've learnt in school/college/university to prepare for my exams. What's revision in America?

Makes sense, it means that here too but more often it means "studying". So yes, I am studying.

In other words, here it's more used like with editing.

For example, if you write an essay and your teacher tells you it needs to be improved by adding more, that's revising.
