It's a racial joke. I'm Latino Latino = Mexican = Tacos. Even though I'm basically more english and American than I am related to anyone in south America. So it's sort of nonsensical.

Anyway, my mother is American and my father is Mexican. I take from my mother in terms of skin color (white). I know, I don't look very Mexican, do I? XD A lot of people say that.
