Hmm, maybe a Tirtouga? I caught an episode of the anime while I was sick and it seemed like a pretty cool Pokemon (also battled one while I was grinding and it looks pretty sweet).

Engage a battle and any Pokémon next to it will be infected. Do it, breed Eevee, and you can get amazing stuff in the GTS.

I got my Tepig and Snivy I hatched to level 28 by battling one of the Elite Four's Pokémon.
