    However, since the Sanction is supposed to be powerful, I think you should combine Windrose and Dominion's abilities into one character and even add super strength, as long as the strength isn't the main focus of his/her powers.

    Flight, Clairvoyance, Mental Link, Telepathy, and Telekinesis and Super strength?
