And kinda both, but mostly September.
I used a Disaster Dragon deck, but now Red Metal got limited becuase of freaking Pulsar, and no more Future Fusion for easy dumpings, so my main's deck attack potential got down a lot. Plus a lot of defensive cards now can be used more, like Mirror Force, so it's harder to get a hit in. So, gotta change a lot of things.
