      Well...that's exactly my point, you could be my favourite LP'er in the world, i'm not sitting down to a 4 hour video, time management is a really big part of keeping a good LP going, keep a timer running and as its nearing my suggestion 15-20 minutes, try to make sure you're wrapping up a conversation or a battle or whatever is happening at the time.

        Split the video up, instead of leaving all the fights in one video, because of how long they are, have one fight per video.

        In a general sense, if(we're going on the expectation that 20 minutes is a good point to stop) you're like 7 minutes into a video, and the fight starts then, keep the video going until the end of the fight, keeping a fight to one video is a good idea, so while 20 minutes would be the general maximum, its fine to over reach that if a fight drags on.

        Yeah, that's what happens when you go from small to bigger. If you find me one that's above 200 x 200, I can size it down, and it should turn it fine since quality isn't lost when do it from big to smaller.

        If i could find one of those I wouldn't need anyone. Those better in photoshop than me can upscale a small image to a big one losing very little quality, this is all very annoying to me, since 100x100 looks so pathetically small i NEED to get a 200x200.

      The truth is that fairly often I like to just lurk around without wanting people to talk to me, by which I mean both the forum and other places. I find it relaxing to just look around without having to actually socialise at the same time. That's really as simple as it is.

      Well it's pretty much like this...

      Last summer I was hired with two other people. Not too long after that, someone who already working there quit. And then one of the two people who was hired with me also left. Long story short, it came to the point where the only employees left (other than managers) was me and one other person. And they expected us to run the store properly somehow with only two people. All because they were too lazy to hire anyone else. I pretty much have gone and entire year working there being the newest employee.

      But I think it will get better, they are finally starting to get some people in and interviewing. I can only hope it will last.
