Yeah, I mean we have time on our computers, but if you were gone for a while and left your browser open and you're interested in scrolling down (going by vB) and seeing the time the page says...

Hopefully they also re-add the time somewhere on the forum.

I also prefer the less detailed activity for users. For example, here it's a moment ago, minute, hour, etc. until a certain time passes, then it's Today at [time], etc. on vB, it's Today, [time]. vB also has the detailed thing, though, just not by default.
