That's the theme of Nineball; an older type of mecha piloted by an AI named Hustler One. Being an AI, its capabilities are massively past what a normal pilot can do, to the point where it's near-impossible to hit, as well as being able to swoop in on weak spots before a human would even know they were there. Whether Super Robot or Real Robot, Nineball can and will F up your day.

And Levi just doesn't. She's also physically much stronger, due to being Material of Power.

She's pretty much the least destructive of the three. Mostly because she knows how to control herself. Nanoha does not know how to hold back, and Hayate is only really learning how to use her magic from Reinforce.
