No worries. I don't blame you.
I'm not gonna judge you for something your friend did. lol

It's because he expected me to over-react and get upset about it most likely.

I may be a huge Gurren Lagann fan, but as an Otaku, I've seen many different types of people insult many series etc. It really doesn't bother me because my opinion is my own. He can't change that just like I probably cannot change his.
No offence to your friend since I don't know them, but if they're trying to envoke a reaction out of me over something stupid like that, then they really need to grow up. :/
Gurren Lagann is a great series to me and many others. If he didn't like it (or that particular scene) then fair enough. Too bad for him.
I don't really see why though he wanted me (or a huge fan) to know about it unless he was trying to start an argument or was trying to be a troll. If that's the case... then it's just really pathetic and said person is a waste of my time.

Again, hope that doesn't sound too harsh, but that's my speculations on this person and my view from what I've had to work with (which is admittedly not a lot). For all I could know after all, this guy might be a nice guy who just dislikes the scene. But yeah.
      That's my take on things.

Trollers are gonna troll. Simple as.

      Nah, seriously though.
If he thinks that, it's up to him.
I don't know what he expects from me. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I mean, I personally liked that part, but if he doesn't... Then, meh.

Yes, that's sensible. You can even put; "I would like x character to be played, but if nobody wants them, I'll take them when I need them".

If I reserve a parking space, it's to stop people parking in my space. If you reserve a character, it's to stop people playing that character.

I've seen Demyx, Larxene, and all the rest there, so look harder.
You're missing the point of reserving characters. You don't have to reserve to play them, it's just so you can make sure nobody else does. If you don't care about others taking them, why stop people by reserving?

Meh, it's cool. Don't stress yourself out.

Everyone in the organisation is taken. And if you don't mind people taking them, don't reserve them, obviously. Reserving is for characters you definitely want to play.

It's the one with the mentioned deal with the Devil.

      What about One More Day?
    11. burnitup
      burnitup
Yeah. But being the Marvel Universe where Alt. universes are scientific fact. :\
    12. burnitup
      burnitup
Well his daughter in the main universe would have grown up to be the same person. So, retcon?
    13. burnitup
      burnitup
Yeah, that happens. Infact, his daughter? She would have grown up to become Spider-Girl. She has her own comic series with a devoted fanbase.
    14. burnitup
      burnitup
Oh! And how said deal with the Devil resulted in his daughter being magicly aborted.

Kay. Just so you know, the speech will be basicly GS calling out Peter on how much of a failure he is about balancing his personal life and his life as Spider-Man, how much the people he cares for either getting hurt or winding up dead, how he is all about "with great power comes great responsablity" but keeps dodging responsablity and keeps making excuses, and to top it off points out how he let Gwen Stacy die and how he sold his marriage to a demonic entity.

      Dun dun-dun dadun DUN.

It's cool. We can plan when we are going to do it.

      No I do not.

      If that happened
      then he'd become Spider-God.

      Spider-God, Spider-God
      Does whatever a Spider-God does.
Spins a web of galatic size,
      Catches unblievers just like flies.
Look out! Here comes a Spider-god.

But yeah, glad you like it. Any questions?
    18. burnitup
      burnitup
Well it involves the Golden Spider
giving Spider-Man/Peter Parker a "Reason You Suck" Speech.
    19. burnitup
      burnitup
Hey, remember how I ask who played Spider-Man and that I have an idea?

Hehe, glad you liked it. XD

To clarify: Yes... that move Mina used was completely improvised on the spot.
It didn't exist before now. I (well... she) made it up.
It seems like the kinda of crazy thing that she would try I think. lol
