He is for the most part. He's based off of a real person who's name is Lyle (Obviously the surname was made up). He's what most would see as a typical American ******bag and has been seen to have had a lot of skill with guns. He's got a roommate named Dexter Manning who I was going to take...But he's big-time English and I don't know how well I'd play a character like that.
