      Anyone looks like an A-hole when dealing out punishment. That's just a fact of life. You may not mean it like that, but the other person's gonna think that because you're punishing them. They just need to learn to deal with it.
      You don't need to be "strict" per say, just enforce the rules. If those involved can't deal with that, then they've got no business being in a group at all.

      Good plan. and if it is a huge issue to them, they can take it up with you personally instead of over the rpg, where other people who have no idea whats going on, and no need to know whats going on can see and participate in the discussion possibly making it even bigger

      At certain times you have to be strict, that is just they way things are. And there will always be people who opose it but you just need to handle them calmly. Like the staff recently when they made the rules, and Vivi and Makaze (plus more) oposed it. But after it all it is calm again and almost like none of it ever happened. Just give it a bit of time

      Yeah, well at the same time I can see how the people who were there the entire time might want to keep what happened. But things obviously have changed since all that happened. (I'm not quiet sure exactly what cause I wasn't around before) Meaning that the idea of starting over is a good thing for most.
