Well, the host is almost always shown regardless. If they're struggling, they'll be seen to be struggling from the outside. Depends where on Falz's body the host is. On Dark Falz Dios, the host can move around, from any of the feet, to the forehead, to the chest, or even the tail. There's not so much struggling on that form, since it's either Wynarl or Nagisa, and both have their reasons to not do so.
