It was actually implied that as far as people go, Jesus was pretty strong, since he was raised by a manual worker and did that same job for a long time before setting out on his own travels. He'd have the lance because it's so strongly assosciated with him. In addition, if he ever did appear in official Fate material they'd likely have it being his lance in the first place, with them taking it off of him and using it to stab him.
