What has been confirmed is that he has Enkidu, likely as a skill. So I can guess it will stun the enemy for at least a turn as its effect.

I suspect that a lot of his skills will utilize the Gate of Babylon and his NP attack will likely be Ea. But in order to use Ea you have to have certain conditions met, kinda like Archer needing to trace five times to use Unlimited Blade Works.
I think that is a decent guess on his personality. It makes sense.

I was talking more in looks than anything. Like, I'd be perfectly fine if he stuck with the same fighting style for the entirety of the Crossover Cove, but was able to have his look changed. Yeah, I know I mentioned the new weapon, but I was kinda unsure about that.

Speaking of Phantasy Star, I remade Stryker in PSO2. Me thinks he should get an upgrade later in CC. He doesn't fight with fists in the PSO2 version, so he could learn to use a new weapon, too.
