Really all you've done is make you libraries section a mirror of your user folder (assuming you didn't move any of those folders away from default). I'm heading off to bed, I was just curious. As long as it works for you it really doesn't matter.

That is a library hub of sorts showing that you have four libraries. The first one, Documents, is the library you were in earlier. It doesn't much matter, but I just find it odd that you would want to keep a library that only refers to one folder. I would prefer to do away with the library and interface with the folder directly in that case.

Your screen shot was of your user library (which happens to include your Documents folder), now that you've made the library only show the Documents folder it is a bit harder to explain, but if you take a look at your screen shot you see the speration between the folders that can't exist within a folder. And if you really had moved the folders then you would have had to move them back out, not just mess with user options. The way you're looking at it is like if putting multiple books on the same shelf made it one book. My Documents was just the first folder in your library.
