Doesn't matter. The fact is that he has them, and he doesn't have them in the normal series.

He uses the Enki blades primarily, actually. Since they're named after the same god, I'm not sure he'll have Ea.

Gameplay wise, I suspect he'll be harder to master, but much more powerful than the others. His moves will likely rely on comboing into each other in intelligent ways to do the most damage.
Personality-wise, I suspect he will be mildly more accepting of others, but still retain that Gilgamesh feel. He'll think he's above you, but not much more than Saber does. He has to decided to make a contract with the player, after all.

In all fairness, Gilgamesh Extra is slightly more polite. Slightly. He respects those with dedication to their long-term goals. Like Kilik.
