Damn, sounds rough. I messed up my knee a while back and was on crutches for a few months, not being able to walk properly is annoying. As for the title, it's more of a stylistic choice I guess? To me it's just more flowing than normal structure.

If you really need the hex codes you can just take a screenshot and sample the colors in an image editor
