Uh.. I think they'd be OCs unless you published said novles or somthing. You could raise the number of OCs someone can have if you want, but you know the repercussions of doing that.

Ah, I see where the confusion comes in then...Alright, how about this: Fan Characters/characters from fan fiction count as OC's. With that rule in place, nobody can take an assload of those kinds of characters. And yes, I'm aware that Nazo would count as my third OC.

Technically, he was going to be a character in Sonic X, but never actually ended up appearing. Someone (Chakra X) gave him a name based on the file name of the picture that he's in (this one to be exact) and made a flash series with him.
So really he's an actual character from Sonic X that was never used. His character was just expanded upon in the Nazo Unleashed series.

Doesn't mean they can't appear in the Cove. Besides, I'm going to need them for a future subplot.

Yes, the person being summoned has to at least be somewhat human, like Medusa for example or Gilgamesh who is 2/3 God. Or were/became human, like Herakles or Tamame.
