Oh! One more thing: do what you feel is natural for your character. It can be difficult, but if you can accomplish it, that makes you awesome. And of course, facial expressions. Practice them. Master them. They are more important than your lines in many cases. Ok that was more than one thing, but you get the idea.

Sorry for how late this reply is... I didn't even realize I hadn't checked in so long.

So the basics? Hmmm... well, the most important thing obviously is confidence. If you make any sort of mistake, don't freeze up, act as though you meant to do it and move on. Be dramatic, but don't overdue it. Project your voice. Ummm... speak clearly, practice, if you try out and don't succeed, don't let it stop you, try again next chance you get. Do you think I missed anything?
