People of Myth and Folklore are allowed as they are, in-canon, real people. Frankenstien's Monster is allow because she has a semi-canon profile (I say semi because her canon status is questionable along with pretty much every other Apocrypha Servant), Nursery Rhyme... well that's another story for another subject.

Just wanted to know what kinda rules you think Servants should have? I have two so far: no fictional character and no full Gods (unless they were mortal at some point).

Also, I'd like to inform you I have the first have of your Servant profile in, with a slight adjustment here and there.

Allowed Arturia her sword because you made a decent arguement regarding it. It is an important aspect of her legend. Guan Yu had went a very long period of time until she got Red Hare, and even then someone else had Red Hare as well (Lu Bu). I am more then willing to make exceptions, just the horse is a no go.

There is a difference. First, not a real dragon. Just energy that has taken the form a dragon which respresents the legend where a dragon's body was used in it's contruction released from the halberd. Second, Lancers don't have the Riding skill. Servants who can enter multiple Classes some times don't share NPs. Like Zero Lancer.

Well, it was on Earth's north pole, so that's why I said that. It doesn't necessarly HAVE to be on the North Pole.

Your Servant, man. You can do what you like. Just don't summon an actual dragon. If Medea couldn't do it then no one can.

Basically, on Disgaea's North Pole lies Pandora's box, which reacts to the violent tendencies to those around it. Pain, Sasuke and Kazuya are currently looking for it. Later on, Ryu, Ken, Naruto, Lee and possible some others will have a showdown in the north pole. Pain's group wins, they absorb Pandora completely, becoming über powerful. Ryu's group wins, they destroy Pandora. Obviously it's going to be more in-depth than that, but that's the jist of it.

Guan Yu would likely be unable to summon a dragon. After all, a dragon is a dragon. So maybe the weapon would use prana to make an energy dragon, ala No More Heroes. But that's just my thoughts on the matter.

I just looked up the weapon, and according to wikipedia parts of a dragon were used to make it (in legend anyway)? Is this a fact in any source on Guan Yu you found?
