And the ranks may be used in the RP, that is what referance means. For example a Servant with A magic resistance is attack by a powerful spell by a Caster. Now because of that a person and check the profile and go, "Oh well that probably shouldn't hurt my Servant too bad."
And if someone has a custom skill (which will be allowed) maybe that skill can be countered by another skill of the same or higher rank.

But don't get me wrong I understand where you are coming from and I'm trying to not to seem mean or unreasonable.

1 thing though. I really have no idea why I have so many people reserved. I think I have the most.

Also, what is so special about the Green Dragon Crescent Blade? Is it just a spear with a fancy name? Can it do anything beyond being just a spear?
