First: She isn't a Heroic Spirit and can never be one. The reason for that is because Heroic Spirits are elemental spirits of humanity. Arc isn't human. Now you may point to Fate/Extra where she was a Servant but it has been well established that Canon there isn't like the one in the normal Fate universe, which is what the RP is mostly based on.

Secondly: Even if she could become one, she is still very much alive. If you point to EMIYA as an example that she could be still summoned the answer is still no. Why? EMIYA was a freak accident caused by a Time Paradox, that was why he was able to be summoned.

Third: She could technically be only summond as a Berserker. And as Fate/Extra has pointed out a number of times that the only reason she could be defeated was that he master was an idiot. No, I'm not kidding.

Sorry if I'm coming off as rude, btw. Making an RP is harder then I remember.

I'm allowing Vlad. Make no mistake about that. What I meant was characters like Dead Apostle and True Ancestors. Vlad isn't a true vampire, Apocrypha Vlad has an NP that allows him to imitate the traits of one because of the influence people knowing of the fictional vampire Dracula more then the real man, which I'll allow.

The reason for this is I don't want anyone wanting Arcueid Brunestud as a Servant. Why isn't that a probably? Well first off it is completely impossible.

Yeah. And it has been stated in canon that he wasn't a vampire.

Also, I will not allow vampires as Servants and Masters in the RP.

I'll add that reason as well. If you want to be technical almost all Heroic Spirits are fictional. Beowulf is mythical so he gets a pass, Frankenstein is the subject of one of the first ever Science-Fiction books. But I guess I could allow her though I expect that if anyone wants to play her they need to give an explanation as to why she is real.

Funnily enough, I'm okay with characters like Karna and Shakespeare running about.

Assassin also had the excuse of an error in the system: he was summoned by a servant. That alone has made me put him on the ban list. I will give reasons as to why certain canon servants are banned. So should I ban Frankenstein then? She hasn't technically made a canon appearance.

Well good news at least, he can only be summoned as a Lancer according to his profile. And you got that class, so I guess I don't have to worry about him.
