A strong monster isn't worth spit if you can't get it out. And the odds of you getting to summon Ra against a GOOD deck are very slim. And even more slim of keeping him on the field. But anyway, Here's a cookie cutter recipe to help you work with and give you ideas. It's outdated but I know you can fix that:

Lol posting a video of 2 scrubs Dueling does not prove you right. There are people who go to tournaments who are still scrubs. I'm not good at this game at all but there are still people who play in tournaments who even I could beat. But yeah I was gonna mention a Banishment Ra deck would probably be your best bet.

If it were me, I'd run an Ultimate Offering to Normal Summon as many times a syou can provided you have the monsters in hand.

I used Gadgets for this as their summoning allows me to add a Gagdet to my hand and UO would help summon it, and if you want a assload of LP cards, there is a way to technically get Infinite LP, all that requires is your opponent having a strong monster on their field and you Synchro SUmmon Colossal Fighter and already set Rainbow Life the previous turn and I know you're asking why that?

Simple, when you activate RL on your turn, all damage you take from battle instead increases your LP by that amount and CF's special effect is, when destoryed and in the Graveyard it allows you to bring back 1 Warrior Type from the grave and CF is no exeption to this so you can revive him and attack again since it's considered a new momster, and thus, you can intentionally kill CF and revive him viz his effect to endless boost your LP to insane levels.

I'm honestly not the best person you should be seeking help from if you want help really badly though. I am by no means skilled at this game. I can't even make my own decks. And I haven't actually played this game in months now and I'm probably not going to ever again either. You're probably already better than me at it.

Also Ra sucks major balls. I highly suggest a better deck type. Although if you want a good way to make the God Cards more like they were in the anime add Hardened Armed Dragon. You'll find that card very useful.
