like, if there are multiple cards in a chain that allow you to draw, you only gain it's effect on one.

Hey Jaden, i was thinking about making a couple field spells based on disney movies.
Here are some examples (first thing that came to mind, not necessarily their final effect, mind you)
El Dorado: Whenever either play would draw a card or cards, they draw one more card. this effect can only be activated once in a chain.
Reasoning: It's the city of gold. therefore, wealth.
Court of miracles: All level 5 or lower monsters on the field are destroyed on the end phase.
Reasoning: "We have a method for spies and intruders rather like hornets protecting their hive. Here in the court of miracles where its a miracle if you get out alive. "
Problems? Suggestions? alterations?

well actually, i can think of several decks this would kill. others it'd really help, but several it'd kill. It's not the best, but not terrible either.

i know a Ra deck might not be able to take Inzektors or something, but if well made can be at least decent.

Well ra isn't THAT bad. in fact he's one of, if not 'the' best in terms of sheer attack strength. Granted there are a lot of ways to take him down, but no card is totally invincible.
