She's quiet at first, but otherwise very friendly and jokey. She's basically taken on a lot of her friend's traits, because she used to exist as nothing but an emotionless, non-sentient person that fought all day every day. Something happened that 'woke her up', and then more things happened... it's complicated, but she wound up in the 'real' world, where only Mato and a few others could see her.

Sounds good to me. Characters can be brought in at any time.

That'd be cool, though that would slow down Death's travels a bit if he stayed with her, since while she can run, she's not as fast as Despair.

That reminds me, President Wilson won't be able to compete in the tournament while piloting Metal Wolf, since vehicles aren't allowed. He'd still be able to bring weapons and fight as himself, just not from a mech.

Yeah, you're lucky you did all that at the time. Still, it's good to have one post where they all are, because that way you don't have to look things up constantly.

Anytime at all. Literally, the time distortion is still active, meaning that people taken at the same time might appear at seperate times in the RP, like Sonic appearing now and Knuckles appearing at the Tournament despite both being taken at the same time.

It's cool, there'll be plenty of chances to use music in the future anyway.

I've no idea what you intend it to feel like, so I've no idea what to pick. That said, the first one is eirily similar to Sayaka's theme in some parts..
