Sorry to keep bugging you about this, but do you think you'll be able to post before tomorrow? I really wanna get a fight scene with Ryu and Ken started. I've been looking forward to it since I reserved Ken. If you can't because it's getting late or something, I understand.

I sometimes just avoid watching anime around her to keep her from getting all stressed out about it. She's got enough BS to deal anyways, and I don't want to add to that.

That would work if my mom hadn't seen scenes where there were, in her opinion, "girls with too much skin showing" (Yoko specifically), or panty shots. I mean, yeah, those might be inappropriate for a younger kid, but someone my age can see such things and not see it as sexual or pornographic. It's just how the show is, and there's nothing anyone can do about that.

For a class called "Archer", they really don't seem to use bows much. In fact i think the only time i've ever seen them use one is during Rin's Archer's battle with Heracles/Berserker

Lol, you're right. I've got no patience. But I really need to fix that. I guess it's just that I find it too much of a hassle sometimes when I try to watch and anime and have to stop whenever my mother comes around. She seems to think there's something wrong with anime. Anyway, GaoGaiGar sounds like a good one. I'll definitely have to check it out sometime. Just don't expect me to finish it in a normal amount of time. :3

Huh. Well the ability to make it rain weapons does seem like kind of a helpful skill
Also, During caster's death, instead of thinking it was sad, I lol'd at how thousands of weapons are being fired at them yet they can sit there and have a dramatic goodbye for a good 30 seconds without being hit.

That man deserves a medal.

Shonen would be my genre of choice as well. I like how Nanoha mixes the genres, it makes seem so unique, even though I'm sure there are lots of anime that share the same tropes that Nanoha uses.

Y'know, while I do love Anime, I can't say Mecha anime is my favorite...There's just something about seeing large-scale battles against two regular people with supernatural abilities that gets my hype juices flowing. I don't get that same feeling with some Mecha anime.../offtopiccommentisofftopic

I guess they shouldn't use them since Ryu and Ken are just wearing their gi. That way they're evened out.

Both Ryu and Ken have gone up against all kinds of mages, beasts, you name it, while they were involved in the MvC series. They're sturdy dudes.

Apparently even Dan can perform it, but it's name is changed to Otoko Michi (Way of the Man). But when he performs it, the properties are reversed, meaning it takes away health from Dan instead of the opponent. Kinda dumb if you ask me, but that's what Dan Hibiki is all about. c:
