That depends, does the tournament require teams? If so, I'll have him see Ryu and Ken's team, and sense their fighting expertise. He will then join that team. Even if teams aren't required he could still do that. As for his means of entering the tournament in the first place...Well, that's where I'd need BIU's cooperation.
