Not really. In the series, it could only be used to go back to the morning of the day she met Madoka, since her wish was to re-do that meeting. She could reset time at any point, but it would always take her back to that point, where Madoka wouldn't know who she is, or anything about her. In-RP it will work similarly to how Prince of Persia's does, in that it will be able to take her back to a certain extent, but it would only be able to go back so far, and then need time to recover. She could practically re-do the entire battle from scratch, but not undo one mistake and that's it.

Homura isn't exactly regular or anything. She has that kind of army, and she herself has super everything, can stop time, and can reset time if things go badly.
