Make them have to use it in battle, and be able to not use it out-of if they want. That way they still live up to the expectations of the class, but are able to be a character rather than a tool too.

No, you see; Berserkers have to die in combat like any other class, right? It only takes an instant for ME to be re- or deactivated, but of course nobody's going to deactivate it mid-battle.
Thing is, I see that as something that would make Berserker undesirable as a class, especially if it's their only character. If we make it so that they can deactivate it, though perhaps still have most abilities locked between uses, it would allow the character to talk and interact with people properly, and still have the benefits of the class. After all, in real-life a berserker was one who went into a battle-frenzy. Outside of battle they could be perfectly normal.

Ah, those are all four of hers, right? I could come up with creative uses of Invisible Air, I guess.

Oh good point, but bear in mind that Mad Enhancement is activated whenever needed. Zero Berserker activated it himself and kept it active by choice, and Illya forced Heracles to keep it on all the time, but any others would be different.

Not a whole lot of point to that one, since Excalibur will be used only occasionally.

It'd be on the same ranking as Excalibur, on account that they're sister swords. Both A+ as they are too.

Sounds okay to me. I have Arturia, and Bushy wants Gawain, and the rest don't matter to me. Except EMIYA. Ban him on account that Shirou doesn't exist. People can still use the /extra version of him though.

Basically I think that certain intergral NPs should be kept, if they're important to that character.
For example, having discussed with Bushy, he wants to take the Saber Class, and I want to use Arturia as Lancer. Which is possible, because she had a magic spear. Of course, because she'd be Lancer and not Saber, I'd say her Excalibur would be usable, but not nearly as strong as it could be.
The thing is that NP are based on things that defined the heroic spirit, so technically speaking, important one like that would be usable no matter what their class.

Okay, so we're talking, and we're starting to think that maybe the whole "no weapons outside of class" thing is a bit too restricting. I can understand trying to stick to classes, because otherwise there'd be little point to them, but wouldn't one other weapon to their main be allowed at least, so long as the Servant was known for using it too?

Okay, he's basically said that it's too underpowered for his tastes, so he's gonna go with a different idea.

Wouldn't he actually be really good at that? After all, the guy disappeared from history entirely. Nobody knew anything about where he went at all. That's pretty good consealment.
Anyway, I'll talk to him about it, see if he's okay with such a weak Servant, and if not he'll take something else instead.

The information is both in-game, and elsewhere, but he wasn't a significant person in real life. He disappeared from the history books after the rest of the family, except his mother and sister, were excecuted. Nobody knows anything more of him. I can't find any concrete sources, but Maria Auditore did write a diary stating that her Ezio dissappeared.

I know that originally it had to be the Hassans, but wouldn't just another assassin work? It's like how Assassin in Fate/Stay Night wasn't one of the Hassans.
Also, Ezio Auditore was a real Italian nobleman. His family really was excecuted, and he disappeared forever afterwards. The game story just uses that.

Okay, so Bushy had an idea for his servant. He wants to play Ezio Auditore, as an Assassin, but with a major difference. Basically, it's changed so that the games were based on a real legend of the leader of a brotherhood, but there was never actually a brotherhood, and Ezio never acted that way. It's all just storytelling and dramatised for sake of being a game. I'm really into his idea, but I thought I'd ask you if it'd be allowed.

Hm... well that's down to you. It might be worth allowing up to two, because of the openness of the RP. The Grail wouldn't really care this time, since it's trying to get as many people as it can, but I'm sure 8 servants and 8 masters would be enough to facilitate most players. Anyone else could be a Servantless magus if they wanted to take part.
