Yup. The voice is just a format problem, The psp is perfectly happy with the format, Jpcpc doesn't know what to do with it XD So its there, same for the video, it just needs to be reformatted. :)

Yes, I have an answer for that too. I phucked with the settings a bit and got a different message. It tells me to run it through my psp to have it decrypted, then on restart the video will be normal. :)

Okay, basically you can upgrade your PSP to have region-free custom firmware as opposed to the region-locked official one. Most good ones let you have and access ISOs on the memory stick too, meaning the full version of a game without using a disc. You'll need that if you want to play Gears of Destiny, since it was never released outside of Japan. Ask Deadpool in PM for more info on that.

The PSP games, Battle of Aces, and Gears of Destiny. BoA is essentially an Arcade mode fighting game with very basic storytelling, and no characterisation for the Materials beyond "they're evil clones!". They don't even have their own moveset, they just use their originals.
Gears of Destiny on the other hand is still the same fighting game, but with 21 characters playable from accross the series, including Vivio and Thoma (lol, time travel!), and new, unique movesets for the Materials, who are now the main characters. You've basically played the story of that one already in CC now.

The Materials aren't in the anime itself. They're part of an alternate continuity that splits off just before the end of season 2, Nanoha A's.
