You know a smidgen of javascript. I am trying to make a character jump. Would you happen to know any lines of code for jump? Something that would make a character move say 3 on a global Y axis? What I have tried is something like this:

if (Input.GetButton ("Jump"))
Transform.axis y = 5;

"jump" is the name my program gives the spacebar by default.

I managed to get it with no errors, but nothing happens XP. Have you any advise? Also, would it be posible to add a true/false statement to it? Something like

(insert code here) = jump. If jump = true, (insert oppisite code here)

That way you would go up and then the opisite code would bring you back down.
