Alright, very nice, that gives some variation in the summons.
As for how which summons would work from your list, I can only give my thoughts on the three movies I've seen.

Chicken Little: Maybe re-work the KHII summon? Make him a Controlled summon, using baseball-style attacks, or use a baseball bat for attacking? Not really sure on this one...
Meet the Robinsons: I think having this one as a Controlled Summon would work. Have it be Wilbur Robinson in some kind of mech suit with silly weapons and such?
Bolt: I think having Bolt as an Independent Summon would work, giving speed buffs to the player using him.

You don't necessarily have to go with those, but it's just my two-cents.

I assume the list you gave are the movies you are unsure of, right? I only ask because I want to be sure I'm giving the correct opinions.
Either way, The only movies on that list that I've ever seen are Chicken Little, Meet the Robinsons and Bolt. My family never got the older Disney movies, unfortunately.
Obviously you'd have to do the summons in Final Fantasy style seeing as you are using a turn-based battle system, right?
