So I'm watching more Spoiler Warning: Alan Wake, and they find a toilet shack. Go in the mens side, nothing odd about it, completely normal, but go in the women's side and there's nothing. You can go in, but there are no toilets.
Since Alan is the one writing this, my only conclussion is that Alan doesn't know how women pee.
