I'm too lazy to start banning people crazy like. I'd only do it after badgering them on why they are doing what they're. It's just like my work ethic really, get involved when I'm pissed off or I need to.
To be honest I'm I'm not expecting much from the job in terms of banning and such, I see it as more of a mediator and hopefully promoting community projects more.

And that's wha I basically said in my interview and my application. They want to know that people are willing to give it all a go.

We have very few summer camps, we have things for children to go to during the days while parents work and I'm sure we have some camps but never proper FULL on summer camps that last all summer that our parents force us to go on, but I can't speak for the entire country.

Oh yes, the language looks a bit like foreign keyboard mash, they have accents on Y's and W's D: like WHAT? and they use Y's as vowels I swear! Cardiff= Caerdydd. Park and ride= parcio and thiethio (or something similar to that). In Wales... they speak Welsh :lolface:

I've seen enough staff get in and get out that I see they're nothing that special.
To be honest, if you'd been here a few years before, you would've not wanted to be a part of the Staff it was that bad. But now, it's a beautiful thing to see staff members being lovely and caring for a nice twist of events.

If I was applying even just last year, I think that Ai probably wouldn't have got this far. In the last year I've been talking to more Prems and Staff, so I'm more known then ever before. It's just a process of things, youve just gotta be persistent and adamant that your the person for the job.
