I have actually offered, but after she nearly destroyed her computer with viruses and trojans (not my doing by the way, this was before I met her XD), her dad wont let her download ANYTHING XD Besides, I kinda want to hang out with her XD She is a good friend of mine lol.

Well technically I will be able to text but I will probably be preoccupied lol. I will be at school at games club hanging out with my friend. I will get home about 5:30 my time. I usually do it every Wednesday lol. I am letting a friend of mine borrow my PSP every Wednesday for like an hour and a half to play BBS final mix lol. She does not own a PSP so I get to watch her fail XD And in return she lets me play her 3DS.

However, you still have not answered my question lol. On your computer, are you restricted on what you can do? Are things blocked? Ya know, the typical school computer, just at home? Also, are you allowed to download stuff, and do they monitor what you do?
