Oh good. Yeah, she doesn't know what she is at first. Of course, it's not a kids anime in the least. Shortly after she finds out, one of the other Topless goes crazy and tries to rape her, and very nearly succeeds, and way before that Nono (the girl) rips off her shirt more than once. Although for a very justified reason; it was caught on the spines of the thing she was fighting, and she was stuck to it otherwise.

If you do, you have to watch Gunbuster first. Diebuster (the one I showed clips of) is the sequel to it. Both are only 6 episodes though.
Also, in case you didn't realise (you'd be surprised how many people don't connect it) but the fire-haired girl from the first clip is the exact same person as the pink-haired girl wearing red. Wasn't sure if you got that.

Well yes and no. The Topless (Read: elite mecha pilots) have ridiculous strength and other abilities, and people think that she is one because she does the same. It's actually because she's an android, the same type as the big mecha elsewhere in the clip, only smaller and actually more powerful.

Well also worth noting that the thing she was lifting up there was one of the same things she was controlling in the other clip. They're her personal army, just nobody realises because she looks completely human.
