Basically the costume she's wearing has a different helmet to normal; an eye-piece thing. They seem to have forgotten that some places have no atmosphere, but when you're in those places your helmet is auto-set to on, for obvious reasons. Which means she's using an eye-piece to protect her from space. Yay.

On a side note, I've accidently managed to get Ashley Williams walking around in no atmosphere with no helmet. It's quite off-putting.

Romance Tali for best results then. Nothing is shown at all, just talked about a little. There is swearing in the games though, so keep them away from that.

There is with her, and to be honest, she's the most nudity in the games. She wears a belt for a shirt. You'll have a hard time telling, what with all the tattoos.
Remember; Mass Effect is an RPG. If there's a scene like that you don't want to see, don't do the scene. You don't have to romance anyone if you don't want to.

They are, with a press of X (square on PS3), or by just not romancing anybody, but that's boring.
For the record, that's in ME1 and 3 only. ME2 only has that with Miranda, who nobody in their right mind romanced. Every male should romance Tali, and she has no sex scenes because she has to live in a suit. It's blatant that you still did it, but you don't see anything beyond a heavily implied kiss.

No, but he could get with his not-really-his-sister. The other choice was Shinobu, whom you may remember as being his girlfriend in Nanoha. She was a vampire too, but she isn't in Nanoha.
