Ultimate Marvel version is a combination of all three themes from DMCIII, so it'd be more appropriate. Go with that one.

Unfortunately not. It's all based on memory. Also there's one that you have to unlock, Arf vs Linith. It won't let you do it unless you've beaten most of the rest of the game.

No. Sequnce X has you play as Yuri herself against the Materials and the Florian sisters. All in good fun. It's an epilogue of sorts.
I'm refering to Sequence... 7? Maybe. The one where Stern and Levi are the choices, and you face U-D anyway.

Good luck getting Yuri though. U-D isn't easy to beat as Levi, but is as Stern. Best chance is switching to Sprite form (hold R, then L), hitting her once, and dodging everything you can from then on. Let time run out with you having more health and you'll have it.

No problem. Arcade mode gets you Vivio and Einhart, whereas Precia and Linith should already be unlocked after story mode. Yuri (U-D) is unlocked by completing Sequence X, which in turn is unlocked by completing every other battle in the story mode. The Materials are also unlocked in Arcade, but you have to fight them to do so, and that's completely random.
