Eggman and Doom are with Jail, so that's settled, plus Sonic, Wesker and Iron Man are also with Jail along with Ghost Rider, X and Zero. Deadpool, Fate and Ryu are Cloud hunting, Siegfried is with the Arbiter and Mustang's group, and Nightmare is still fighting Devil Jin...Which I really need to finish doing...

Makes sense. She basically started this whole fiasco with U-D and it got her temporarily killed, so it would only be right to lead everyone into battle to stop it, along with the Empire. Right now Doom and Eggman are ready to go. I'll post as Eggman applying Iron Man, Lockon, Lyle and Setsuna's upgrades here soon, which puts those two in a battle-ready position. From there it's up to you and Droid what happens next.

Well, there's three Materials and three doctors running the army right now. You could have each Material eventually make their way to each doctor. Dearche with Jail for obvious reasons, Stern with Eggman for her aforementioned technical prowess, and Levi with Doom just because. Or you could go with something else. It works either way.
