It's the most well-known Gurren Lagann fancomic in existence, and for good reason. Imagine Kamina as a 70's cop in Miami Beach, and make the Gurren into a car, and you've got the general idea. And it's awesome. It's even more over-the-top than the original.

Sorry, was mudering dudes in ME3 multiplayer with Bushy. We've now come up with a Quarian/Drell couple of guns for hire, that are borderline insane but amazingly fun. :D

In-game it's moisture gathering in the lungs, essentially causing Tuberculosis. It's a slow but definite death. You probably don't want that, and not everyone suffers from it anyway.
