Lulz, during the really bad storms during winter, our fence got trashed, and today I went out back with a claw hammer to dismantle it all so we could store it away and not have most of a fence lying up against the side of our house, when i was done there were planks that were too badly damaged to keep, so i was breaking them up to put them in the bins, last plank decided to fight back and when i snapped it the thing bounced back on my and whacked me right on the leg, drew blood and everything the spiteful little *****.

Got beat up by a fence today, even inanimate objects dislike me.

It really is, I was horribly pathetic back then. Not exactly much better but it was pretty bad.

I'm out of shape, been a while since my body has been pushed in a cardio sense like that, I can do weights and push ups etc just fine, but running kills me.

So hard to find my breaking point and stop, always want to keep pushing. Felt terrible, kept throwing up for like 30 minutes after it aswell, body kept breaking into horrible sweats before, worse i've felt in a long time.

Unfit man, Ran so hard today during fitness I vomited, lovely way to start off the block.

It's funny as well, cause you see them on t.v and it doesn't look like they do **** other than whine about who's guilty and who's not, OBVIOUSLY there's a hell of a lot more too it, but they sure as **** don't show it.

Good job at the end of though if you fight through it, I mean yeah you'll be doomed to hell for eternity but I'll save you a seat so it's cool.
