Yes, Reinforce can cast any of her spells from inside him, as though it was him casting them. The more in-sync they act (as in, if they mimic each others actions and thoughts as much as possible) it achieves even better results.
Yeah, that'd work. I think the best option would be Thunder of the Night Sky though, since that's Reinforce's signature move. That or Diabolic Emission. Choose one, I'll go with it.

A Unison is basically something that Reinforce and her "daughter" can do. She enters a person's body as data, which has the outward effect of lightening their hair/clothing colour, and the internal effect of combining their power. I'm guessing that Super Sonic and her would achieve about a 65% sync, which is good for somebody she just met.
