If you do decide to go with Shinji in some form, I'd go with the Campus Apocalypse one. I may not have ever seen what he's capable of, but at least a gun isn't as friggin huge as a biological "mecha". Unless of course it is. And in that case I want his gun.

Oh, so that's why there was blood when it's Eva 01's arm came off. I just thought that was for effect. Still epic, either way.

I'm thinking they might be a bit overpowered together mainly because they're much larger than everyone else. Not really sure how to make it work without shrinking them.
