I have found a method to make yourself administraighter, but you need a password. So you could ask your parents for the pasword and say you need it to download something (Make up any excuse) Or you could just use a method to bypass the password.
Oh, and logicly speaking, I dont think it will work, but I have no actual proof to believe it so...
Try going to the command prompt agian and right click it. There should be an option to "Run as Administraighter"

Hmm.... I have actually yet to try it myself. I have no need for admin access at home because my parents trust me/have no idea what I do XD. Perhaps your parents put a no go on command prompt for your user. Maybe try making a new user first? (The step before I think)
