Oh that's because after my mom got the mac book pro I had to fix this damn laptop. Then after like I'd say 4 plus viruses got on it I ad to clean the entire system out. Had to get rid of uhhh...ummm... Norton that's it yea. Never ever get that it slows down your PC like cwazy, and messes up your security coding and all that jazz.
