:( Nothing is working. I have tried three different decryptors (_FM, _JP, and the regular one) and I keep getting 0kb files. Can I bother you for your BBS1/2/3_DEC?

Okay, I think I figured out what caused the problem ALL the way back a square 1 XD (Well, square two actually. I have no idea why you couldnt upload the files.) The files that were extracted were 0kb files. I think that means I had too little space on my card lol. I am removing one of my ISO files and trying agian (I might aswell patch final mix since I am doing this anyways XD)

Oh, and yup, your dycripter is not corrupted.

lol yea, pretty sure it was on. I use 6.20 pro-b6 (or something like that, i dont have psp on me right now)
And I know I had it on becuase after it didnt work I said screw it and played Birth by Sleep final mix off of my memery card XD LOL

And yup. It just comes up as courrupted data. I will show you the exact error when I get home. I could read the dnas dycryptor_JAP you gave me, so maybe it is in the installer? I dont know at this point lol.

Well, I actually have no patching experence at all lol. The japanese version I got came already partially patched. My BBSFM has yet to be touched lol. I was following the instructions in the video you showed me and I got to step one XD
Whenever I tell it to install the dnas_decrypter, it comes up as courupted data om my psp :(. When installing an error pops up on my computer saying it cant find something. When I look at the details, it cant find like three files. Any thoughts?

Have you done the patching process before? I got stuck on a step and I doubt I will get a reply on the video any time soon :/

Hmm... Maybe it was the patch that messed it up? Is there a different dycriptor for final mix?

I have a question:
I am on step 13. I clicked general extract, but nothing seems to be happening. The command prompt opened and it says

I have left it sitting over night, but nothing has happened. How long does the extraction usually take?

lol I am good with old XD I think my dad might have been looking into jailbreaking however. He was saying something like "I saw something about a patch that works with the old games, but it might not work"

lol The way it works in my family is you get another one when the old one breaks (if the dogs hadn't sent the ps1 flying towards the concrete floor, I probably wouldnt have gotten a fat ps2 for awhile, and then when it happened agan a few years later, I got a ps2 slim, and a few years have passes, but these dogs are too small to cause that much damage XD), or the new one is on clearence LOL

LOL you will be able to add me at some point in time XD I have a sister, so it wasnt that hard to get my parents to get us stuff. Eventually she would lose intrest and it would become basicly mine XDD However she uses the X-box alot more than I do lol.

I have the American umd version, I have the final mix iso version (japanese of coarse), and I have a partially patched iso japanese version (regular mix)
So really all up to you. :)

Well, in my opinion knowladge is power, however if all it does is create a fuss on both ends, I say wait till all else fails. lol

Back :D Another solution I have is just show me how to extract the models myself.
