Download this package:

Extract KINGDOM.IDX and SYSTEM.CNF from the iso and then drag and drop them all three into the kh1_file_dumper.exe then simply write in the model/mset name of the models you want (you need both the model and mset to view the character's animations and such) and here's some examples of how you should write it:

xa_ex_3000.mdls
xa_ex_3000.mset

The full list of character models is included in the package ^^

Alright, about your problem. Unfortunatly I can't say what's wrong but I have an alternative method but that requires you to write in what model you want rather than getting them all at the same time. I used it to get the models you didn't get from the normal ripper ^^
And if you want to use this method I have list of models to help you (and this one dosen't have an error so it should work on your computer as well)
