Well, hers changes color and it seemed to be a better value. Considering the opinion that my mom has of sonic screwdrivers, I needed to make it count. Either way, a sonic is a sonic (and the Doctor tricked it out for her) so it's all good with me.

lol, it's only River Song's (watch series four and you'll understand). I didn't get Ten's because it was a bit... plain and a friend of mine got it. Eleven's has the awesome spring action, but it's been known to break very easily. Thus this seemed like the best option, as I'm not paying 30 bucks (or rather, my mom won't let me) to have my own customizable sonic (over 80 friggin combinations).
