Yeah, in Futurama the only difference is the flip of a coin which I thought was very interesting. That must mean there are millions out there... all out of reach because the Time Lords aren't around any more.

Yeah, like the Romans in Pompeii who made them the Household 'Gods' and other people who are just content in seeing him once. Although there are also people who despise him (D:) like in the Shakespeare Code episode when they get chased out by Queen Elizabeth due to some reason they don't know yet xD
