If you want to block him specifically, adding him to 'Ignore' will prevent you from seeing what he writes on your profile, as well as around the forums (all you have to do is click 'view post' to see it if you really want to). It's not very effective, especially if you're a curious person, but it's better than nothing. I doubt he'll flat out harass if you ignore him.
